Hot Plates Attachment

Hot Plates for Fancy Yarn Production

TSP hot plates provide controlled yarn heating for thick and thin yarns, melange yarns and other fancy yarn applications. They can also preheat heavy denier yarns when the machine’s existing heaters cannot achieve the required yarn temperature.

Hot Plates for Yarn Processing

Controlled Heating for Yarn Effects

Hot plates support controlled irregular drawing of the supply yarn. Variation in drawing can produce differences in dye uptake, helping manufacturers create distinctive textures, colour variations and melange effects.

Ceramic guides at the yarn entry and exit support smooth handling, reduce friction and help maintain a consistent yarn path through the heating zone.
